Terms and Conditions of Entry and Refund Policy

Overview

Declaration/undertaking by submitting this entry form:

  • I hereby undertake to adhere to all the relevant MSA rules, which will include the Sporting and technical rules amongst others.
  • I have read and understood GCR22 and acknowledge that by submitting this entry form, I am bound to adhere to this and all other GCRs
  • I, being the lawful parent/guardian of the above mentioned competitor, do hereby grant permission for him/her to drive in the above-mentioned event.
  • I hereby give permission for Rand Kart Club to use photographs, name and results of the competitor on social media and any other publishing.

Rand Kart Club respect your right to privacy and therefore aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirement of the POPI Act which regulates the manner in which we collect, process, store, share and destroy any personal information which you have provided to us. 

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your entry, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you need to formally withdraw from the race meeting.

Once you have withdrawn from an event and have received confirmation from the race secretary, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed a refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
